These are RS Guitarworks aged version of the same keys that Kluson put out over 40 years ago. Also known as Radiator Back™, these tuning keys were used on LP's, ES-355's, early LP SG Customs, and other high end guitars. The 50's keys have plastic buttons. This is for an aged set.
